What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent Warehouse Manager who has technical knowledge and is up for the challenge in an organisation where no two days are the same.
What does the job entail?
In this role, you are responsible for continuously monitoring the warehouse in the broadest sense of the word. Managing the warehouse, supporting the Operations department and project teams. In your role, you will report to the Plant Manager within our organisation.
Your duties will include:
- Up-to-date certification of all tools for Asbestos, Demolition work
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance and repair of tools
- Balancing stock in the warehouse and site requirements
- Responsible for checking all chain owned
- Replenishing all required materials and tools from the warehouse for a new project, based on lists or instructions from the Project Manager or Supervisor
- Responsible for transportation from warehouse to sites
- Responsible for general housekeeping of all items in the warehouse, including asbestos tools and materials
- Controlling inflow & outflow of (electrical) tools and materials
- Responsible for managing warehouse tasks within 4PS system as per Plant Manager's instructions
What you have to offer:
- MBO4 working and thinking level and several years of experience in a similar role
- Technical knowledge
- Insight into operational and logistical processes through experience
- Experience with demolition and/or asbestos is an advantage
- VCA-Basic/Full
- Good command of Dutch & English
- Good command of Microsoft office package
- Driving licence B-E
- Forklift certificate
- Nen3140 certificate is an advantage
